1. Liability

The Event and its organizers are not liable for any damage, injury, or loss of personal belongings that may occur during the Event or on and around the designated parking areas. Visitors are responsible for their own safety and well-being. In the event of loss or theft of personal belongings, we kindly ask you to report it immediately to the festival staff on site. We will do our utmost to assist you, but we cannot guarantee the recovery of lost items. A cloakroom is available on-site for securely storing personal belongings. Use of this cloakroom is entirely at your own risk.

2. Prices and Payments

At the website: break-fest.nl the Event tickets are offered, and the corresponding prices displayed, via WeTicket and payment can be made via iDEAL. No guarantee is provided for the error-free or uninterrupted functioning of this website.

By accessing and purchasing tickets, you agree to the terms indicated on the respective website. The Event itself cannot be held liable for any damage or loss resulting from potentially incorrect payments or unauthorized access to your data.

3. Privacy

Tijdens het Event kunnen er foto’s en video’s worden gemaakt voor promotionele doeleinden. Door het betreden van het Terrein gaat u akkoord met het gebruik van uw afbeelding in deze media.

4. Allergies

To the extent that we can organize, influence, and control, all products are plant-based and contain soy. While we do our utmost to provide ingredient and allergen information, we cannot guarantee that all food items are free from allergens. Visitors with food allergies or intolerances are therefore advised to carefully review the ingredients listed in the respective recipes and, if necessary, consult the Event staff. There is always a potential risk of cross-contamination during food preparation and processing. However, we cannot be held liable for any reactions resulting from cross-contamination or the consumption of food containing allergens.

In the event of an allergic reaction or other medical emergency, please contact the festival staff or the on-site first aid station immediately.

5. Access conditions

Access to the Event is only permitted with a valid ticket. Individuals under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

6. Changes

The Event reserves the right to modify the program, including but not limited to performances, timings, and locations, at any time and without prior notice. This may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, illness of performers, or other factors. In the event of program changes, including cancellations or substitutions of performers, no refunds will be issued. We advise visitors to regularly check our aforementioned website and social media channels for the latest updates.

7. Alcohol and drug policy

It is prohibited to bring alcoholic beverages to the Event without prior approval from the organizers. The consumption of any form of drugs is strictly forbidden during the Event, and a zero-tolerance policy is in effect.

8. Complaints Procedure

Complaints regarding the execution of the Event must be submitted in full and clearly described within 7 days after the visitor has identified their dissatisfaction and/or deficiencies related to the Event to: info@break-fest.nl.
